  3. CAN'T upload images over a size of 1Mb
  4. DON'T have the warranty of pictures stored for more than 1 year (365 days)
  5. CAN'T create and use personal gallery
  6. CAN'T delete the uploaded pictures
Free
1. A free user is someone that joined the site using the login form
2. A free user:
  1. can upload unlimited pictures in the time
  2. CAN'T upload multiple pictures in same time
  3. CAN'T upload images over a size of 1Mb
  4. DON'T have the warranty of pictures stored for more than 2 years (730 days)
  5. can create and use personal gallery
  6. can delete its uploaded pictures
Premium
1. A premium user is someone that joined the site using the login form and paid for a better service
2. A premium user:
  1. can upload unlimited pictures in the time
  2. can upload multiple images in same time
  3. can upload images up to a size of 8Mb
  4. has the security to have the images lifetime stored (Also if an account is currently premium, all images uploaded when service was free will remain 2 years duration)
  5. can create and use personal gallery
  6. can make private pictures, hiding them from the home-page of the site
  7. can delete its uploaded pictures
  8. can receive support by email
Standard terms
1. This site use cookies only for its-self working and statistic reasons, no one cookie will be stored actually for advertising or any else unwanted reason.
  1. __cfduid: cookie for security reason to avoid hacking attempts
2. This site provide free space and not for uploading images
3. are NOT allowed images showing porn, violence, and any type of content that may lead anyone else
4. Any user is legally responsible for the uploaded content
5. we can remove any image and for any reason if we think it's breaking any rule

  1. Files are stored on servers and there is always a very little chance of lost of data, to limit this we make backup of all data every X days
  2. This site is NOT responsible for any money lost depending of a losts of data by the user that use this service
  3. In case of problems a premium user will be refunded of the montlhy payment proportionally to the pictures lost
7. This service is provided "as is"
8. Premium users can have a refund for any reason if it happens in 14 days from the payment
9. Users that asked and got a refund, and that want to pay again, will be charged also the previous amount
10. If you are trying to cheat the refund will be denied
GDPR
1. This site crypt user's sensible data (email and password) irreversibly
2. This site DON'T store LOG with user's IP, this is not valid in case of service blocked for illegal use
3. It is possible to ask to delete an user account using a support request
  1. Deleting an account, all related pictures will not be deleted
  2. Users can delete their pictures manually directly from their panel BEFORE asking the account cancellation
  3. We will keep safe user's payment information for the necessary legal time
Reporting images
1. It's possible reporting images with valid reason directly by email to [email protected] providing the list of all urls
